Refined Scandinavian design and meticulous attention to detail allow the Koto LivingHome 2 to offer four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and ample shared living space in just over 2,000 square feet. Free of ornamental distractions, this piha home (Finnish for courtyard) centers around nature and comfort.

An open living space forms the heart of the home, bracketed by two courtyards that provide tranquil views, ample daylight, and a direct connection with the outdoors. Double-glass sliders extend the living area onto a covered deck for effortless alfresco dining. A snug offers a quiet hideaway just off the main living area, and five smartly-placed storage closets make it easy to keep life’s necessities neatly stowed, yet close at hand.

Bedrooms are tucked away in a private wing and separated from one another by a staircase, creating a peaceful retreat for every member of the family. The second-floor master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bath, is characterized by large windows for unfettered views.

Long sightlines throughout the home create a sense of openness, facilitating comfortable, biophilic living in a small, resource-efficient footprint. Like every LivingHome, the Koto LivingHome 2 is designed to net zero standards, and ships complete with best-in-class smart home technology and energy monitoring.
