Designed for small lot ordinance (SLO) zoning, the LivingHome 11 only requires a lot width of 18 feet. But don’t let its svelte footprint fool you: The home boasts 1,800 square feet of living space. Multiple units of the LivingHome 11 can fit neatly on one SLO lot (as shown in rendering) to create a cohesive community of smart, sustainable, beautifully-designed residences.

On the ground floor, an integrated garage provides secure storage and a private entry to the home. Adjacent to the garage, a bedroom suite offers a quiet and comfortable place for guests to spread out and make themselves at home.

On the second level, an open plan with a spacious kitchen at its core creates flexible space on either side for living and dining areas. Balconies off the front and back of the home offer private, yet accessible, hideaways.

Bedrooms are tucked away from the hustle and bustle on the third floor, which also includes laundry and several large closets.

Like every LivingHome, the LivingHome 11 is designed to meet net-zero standards and ships complete with best-in-class smart home technology and energy monitoring.
