Every inch of the LivingHome 8 was carefully considered to provide maximum utility and comfort on the narrowest of lots.
Classic modernist design elements like long, clean lines; spaces that bring the outdoors in; and a sense of openness in common areas is combined with functional amenities for real modern life. The open-plan living and dining area is anchored by a large eat-in kitchen, which incorporates a built-in desk in the corner. A kitchen island with sink is perfect for entertaining, and large, glass doors open onto a deck for dining al fresco.
A hallway off the kitchen marks the passage into private living spaces, which include a laundry room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. At the end of the hall, a spacious master suite features a walk-in closet and master bath with double vanity. The adjacent, site-built garage provides more room for storage as well as a green roof for additional insulation and air purification. Like every LivingHome, the LivingHome 8 is designed to meet net-zero standards and ships complete with best-in-class smart home technology and energy monitoring.
