Hospitality Development Designed by Skylab Architecture

This new hotel development features 31 A-frame style cabins that will occupy a lush, wooded lot just north of Winter Park Resort. Each 475-square-foot cabin includes a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and exterior deck.

Designed by Skylab Architecture for Zeppelin Development, the cabins celebrate 1970s ski culture with an iconic A-frame silhouette, Malm fireplaces, and warm, cedar wood paneling. The vintage aesthetic seamlessly integrates modern amenities, including an Onsen-style soaking tub and smart heating, cooling, and lighting controls.

Each cabin was prefabricated as two small Plant Modules™ and 19 Plant Panels™ for optimal transportation efficiency, with most finish work completed in the factory for maximum speed to occupancy.
