This urban infill development by Metros Capital adds much-needed housing stock to West Hollywood's historic Spaulding Square, replacing a dated single-family home with a four-unit apartment complex. Designed by Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects, the three-story development is comprised of four three-bed, three-bath units, ranging in size from 1,833 to 1,928 square feet.  Each townhouse-style unit features an open floor plan, a spacious balcony for outdoor living, and garage parking

First-floor garages and storage areas were fabricated as Plant Panels™, while the second- and third-floor living areas were fabricated as Plant Modules™ and delivered complete with finishes, fixtures, and appliances in place. The modules were installed in just three days, saving the neighborhood from months of disruption.
